For years i have wanted to be a Indiana State Trooper. But looking at the economy its looking tougher and tougher to become one. The state police academy only comes around so often any more. This year they are having one and its the 70th academy. They’ll only pick out about 60-70 out of nearly 3000. Recently i put im application in and today i recived an email to go to the next stage and take the written exam in Merriville. Im very excited, i feel i can do well and i hope all this college pays off.

New Police Car
Theres this new car coming out just for police work. Carbon Motors is the company. There making them in Connersville Indiana. The car is suppose to be able to handle the wear and tear and was built for police specifications. The car will help police officers to be able to do their job and keep them safe doing it. The Indiana State Police has a contract with CM in 2012.

New project
A few months ago i got a new truck, well to most people it wouldnt be new. Its a 1964 Ford f-100 
Like anyother project car i get i plan on restoring it to be show car material. And giving it a lot of horsepower is always a plus. I got the truck for $300 so i couldnt pass on it. I plan on taking out the straight six in it and put in some type of Big block. Hopefully the end reuslts will be similar to this.

super bowl weeknd
The weeknd was alright. Sunday was my 21st birthday so it was cool to have the super bowl on my bday. Although the only down fall was i was kinda sick for most of the weeknd. So i didnt really enjoy it as much as i wanted too. But the colts lost so it was a good weeknd over all.

World of Outlaws: Kings Royal
Being a racing fan i attend a lot of racing events. Out of all the racing i really enjoy attending the World of Outlaws sprint car races. My favorite World of Outlaws race is the Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg Ohio. This race is a big race in every sprint car racers carrer. Hands down the best driver of the WoO would be Steve Kinser. Kinser is a 20 time champion out of the 32 years of this series. But the past 4 years the championship has been won by upcoiming star Donny Schatz. Before every race the drivers qualifiy to see who has the fast laps around the track for positoning for the heat races. Traditionly each driver gets three laps. But in the 2008 Kings Royal track officals let Schatz a extra lap because he didnt like one of his laps. And the King Steve Kinser did not like that at all. But i notice the next year at the 2009 Kings Royal Kinser took a extra lap around the track during his qualifying. Im not sure how many people noticed that, but i did and i thought it was great that he was still hott about it for over a year!

I have many topics i thought about. One of them was the differnt types of racing. A lot of people dont relize just how many types of racing there is. Mainly comparing dirt racing to asphult racing. Another thing to write about was the new police style cars that are coming from Carbon Motors. This is a company that is making the car to fafill the police officer needs. Also i was thinking about writing about differnt types of muscle cars and the ones that had the most impact on America. To give the basic’s of what a muscle car really is.
